These comprise the terms on which the purchaser ("you") is permitted to purchase items from European Rail Timetable Limited ("us", also referred to as "we" and "our") on this website.
If you submit an order for any item advertised for sale on this website, this shall be taken to constitute acceptance by you of these Terms:
 
1.1 The sale and purchase of products via this website is governed by a contract between you and us, formed when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by us and payment has been confirmed by PayPal.
1.2 Products are for personal use only and are not for re-sale. Items may be returned (at the purchaser's risk) and are refundable, within 7 days from the purchase date.
1.3 In purchasing a product from this website you agree that all information and specifications relating to that product are approximate, and not definitive.
1.4 We may make any changes in the specification of our products to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory or recommended European Union requirements which do not materially affect their quality or performance.
1.5 The premises for delivery will be the address supplied by the purchaser at the time of purchase.  European Rail Timetable Limited cannot be held responsible for the loss of any of our products after their initial receipt.
1.6 European Rail Timetable Limited state that upon purchasing an advance or 'pre-order', payment will be deducted instantly from the purchaser's account. The product will then be dispatched on or after the publication date.
1.7 European Rail Timetable Limited is not responsible for any third-party information on their site or within their timetables and maps. European Rail Timetable Limited cannot be held responsible for the content on any third-party websites.

2.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

Use of website
3.1 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.2 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime
4.1 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
