This rare general map of the Deutschen Reichsbahn, which was only meant for official use, shows the railway traffic in the former GDR and the Federal Republic of Germany.
The special thing about this map: on the usual maps for the general public included in the timetables of the DR, only the DDR was depicted. The bordering West Germany was faded out or cut out.
This map depicts the entire German Railway network in 1970.
A rarity which was not intended for the general public!
