The May 2017 digital edition of the European Rail Timetable is the last covering the current winter timetable period. Although certain countries show timings valid through to the December timetable change, many others are only valid until specified dates in June or, in the case of France, July 1. The other main exception is Great Britain where timings are only valid to May 20, although no major changes are expected from May 21. As well as the latest updates to current European rail schedules, this month's edition also includes the latest version of our Summer International Supplement which contains 41 pages of advance timings for all our international tables valid from June 11.
In our regular Route of the Month series Nicky Gardner and Susanne Kries explore the scenic Moselle Valley line from Koblenz to Trier. They also outline some good value ticket deals available in the area.
This month’s Beyond Europe section covers North America and includes the latest updates following a timetable change in April.
