What is in the European Rail Timetable?
Our timetables are very comprehensive. Every edition contains up to date* (at time of going to press) schedules for all major International routes in Europe as well as the principal domestic services and selected tourist lines. Within each country section there is a schematic map, a listing of the major train operators and specific information about any national holiday periods, catering facilities, seat reservations and supplements. At the front of each edition is a full explanation of the symbols used and how to read the timetable. Every month we include a different route of the month article written by travel writers Nicky Gardner and Susanne Kries as well as any timetable news.
What Is Your Delivery Policy?
If orders are received before 15:00 (GMT) they will usually be sent out the same day. Most items are sent out by first class post (unless 'Tracked & Signed' has been purchased) for destinations within the UK and we would expect delivery to take place within 2 - 5 working days. Items are sent to Europe via airmail and we would expect delivery to take between 3 - 10 working days. Items to the rest of the world should be delivered with 5 - 10 working days.
I Have Not Received My Order - What Should I do?
If you have not taken delivery of your order within the expected time frame (see above) then please make an initial inquiry with your local postal office to ensure your parcel is not being held there. If there is no record of your delivery then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
How Can I Access My Digital Edition?
We aim to process digital orders within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will receive an email with your username and password along with instructions for viewing your purchase. If you are having any difficulty viewing your timetable please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Do You Offer Discounts For Trade and Bulk Orders?
